I have been a AMAZON customer now for 5 years.
Recently ordered a Crompton make ceiling fan (Order No.[protected]under exchange offer, which said - we need to keep the old fan unmounted during the time of delivery of the New Fan. And if the old item is not ready the delivery will not be done, but we can take the delivery of the ordered item by paying the exchange discount amount to the delivery agent.
But when the delivery agent came with the ordered item, our fan was not dismounted. So we offered to pay the exchange discount amount as per the exchange offer clause. The delivery agent did not accept the amount and took back the new order item.
BUT WITHIN MINUTES WE SAW THE TRACKING STATUS AS DELIVERED.
So immediately within 30 minutes we spoke to Amazon Customer Service executive who assured us that it will be resolved within 24 hours.
And today I get a mail from Amazon informing that the item has been delivered as ordered and they cannot do anything, if not satisfied we can file a Police complaint.
My simple request to them is to please check the value of all the items ordered till date by mee to AMAZON and compare value of the present order. Was this information helpful? |
