I am writing to request a reinvestigation regarding my recent order, #[protected], which was delivered on August 1, 2025.
I ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS laptop. However, I received a different product: a Lenovo IdeaPad 3i Intel Core i5.

When reached customer care executive they mentioned that the initial investigation concluded the correct item was delivered. They are not proceeding with further investigation.

However, I have evidence proving otherwise. I have attached an unboxing video taken at the time of delivery, which clearly shows the incorrect laptop being unboxed. This video substantiates my claim that the wrong product was shipped.
Given this new evidence, I respectfully request that you reopen my case and conduct a thorough reinvestigation. I am confident that a review of the unboxing video will confirm my claim and lead to a swift resolution, allowing for the correct item to be shipped.
