I have ordered One Plus 10 Pro 5G in amazon on 23rd July 2022 as part of prime day sale for Rs.48346. It was out for delivery on 30th July, but I didn't receive the Product on 30th July, so I called Amazon customer care and they said there were some issues so we were not able to deliver it please wait two days. So, I waited for two days and then I called them again on 1st of August and they said it was not delivered because of some external factors and they asked me to wait till 3rd of August, because the buffer period is till August 3rd.I waited till August 3rd and when I called amazon customer care, one of their representative said we rescheduled the order and you'll be receiving the order by 4th of August. On 4th of August the product was out for delivery, the delivery agent said the there was some mismatch in the product and he'll not deliver it. I called the customer care of Amazon for the same and they are telling me to place a new order as it is cancelled Was this information helpful? |
