Amazon India — Ordered Phone -Received Garbage bag pactes

Ordered :(Refurbished) Nokia X30 5G, 6.43? FHD+ AMOLED PureDisplay, 90Hz Refresh Rate.

When I opened the delivery received at 18th October, 2023, at 9:00pm., it had garbage bags. Immediatelyi lodged a complaint/call to Amazon with the photo of the product (Garbage Bag) received.

Amazon tried to pick up the received product twice, delivery agents refusing to pick Garbage packets, as they say we are instructed to pickup phone.

Evertime my call goes to investigating team since 18th Oct, but till date there is no resolution. My money of Rs31, 448 is not refunded.
