I ordered Samsung S20 FE 8GB RAM & 128GB storage Cload Navy Colour from Amazon on 31st Mar-23. Delivery person delivered the product on 1st Apr-23.But I have received an Iphone 14pro Max Master Copy mobile (Not Original).
I have complained to customer care that I have received an Wrong product and they have registered & told me that they will investigate and arrange for refund or replacement within 5 working days.
There is no response from their side & I connected today & asked about the issue. They are telling Seller sent correct item only, they won't refund or replace the item.
I said, I have Unboxing Video proof that I have not received the right item but they disconnected the call without giving a solution. They are not even ready to hear my words.
