Amazon India — Package not received, but status shows as delivered

Ordered a Samsung Mobile worth 18K on 6th July 2022, the delivery was expected on 8th July, as the phone was ordered when we were out of the station, and the shipping address was locked from 6th July to 9th July, if no one was at home and the door was locked then how it got delivered, we ask our neighbors and guards, wasn’t handed over to them as well, we saw visitors entries no delivery person entry was found on it, on the delivery day the guy hasn’t called me and ask that what to be done with package, no proper communication happened on delivery day, and the status got delivered.

My humble request is to please look into this matter, the delivery may have happened but to the wrong address and to a wrong person, there is no deliver information mentioned on the track package.
