I have ordered a product "wish care castor oil" on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered in 23rd July. Today is 27 July still I didn't receive the parcel. It has already reached nearby station but they are not ready to deliver the parcel and status also not updated after 22nd July. It will hardly take 2 hrs from station where the item received to reach here. Tried to contact customer care they are telling will get your parcel soon but no proper response from them Kindly take some action. Amazon.in Order #[protected]. Tracking ID[protected] Thanks
