On 15th january 2024 I had placed an ordered for nirlon nonstick coated aluminum appachatti and casserole combo cookware set along with cello glass mixing bowl without lid.
On 17th January 2024 I have received my package which included only appachatti which was defective and cello bowl, casserole was missing the package. I had raised a exchange and missing product requested and even explained in detailed in the description..later again the replacement product came at my doorstep which I refuse to accept as he just bought appachatti and not the casserole. On the same day I raised a complaint, Customer service team informed me that it will take 3 days to check whether whole product was not delivered, but till today I didn't received any reponse. I spoke with Anna and lead namrata about the same they did not help me to fix my issue they just kept saying we will refund you.i want my correct product and in all this scenario I have not made any mistake. So I such cases team needs to fix the issue which they are not Interested. I did accept such service from Amazon brand. Sorry but the service was pathetic
