Amazon India — pay balance money not transferred to bank account as per amazon's staff words

Hello everyone,
I have added 2850rs amazon pay balance money for buying bajaj oven toaster grill which i placed order on 21st Jan.
It was supposed to be a one day delivery, due to a bug in amazon's website it was showing tuesday as delivery, so i confirmed with an amazon staff and she said that it will be delivered earliest and by tomorrow. So i did proceed and placed order using amazon pay balance
The next day it didnt arrive so i contacted and he cancelled it without my confirmation, i started chat angrily by telling to cancel the order but chats went on and he didnt cancel, in between without my confirmation he suddenly cancelled the product and left the chat.
Then i had to contact again to deliver the product atleast tomorrow which was also not possible said by amazon staff.
So i said that atleast provide refund back to my bank account which he said was also not possible but can be refunded from amazon pay balance to bank account.
His words :
"Saurabh: Once the refund will be credited in your pay balance, we can get it escalated and reverse the amount in your bank account."
He mentioned "refund"
Now when i contact amazon they are saying that once a amazon pay balance is used they wont transfer back to bank account which the amazon agent saurabh didnt say to me.
SO i agree with that, but the amount which i used was not the refund amount from oven, instead it was the other amount like cashback etc.
Now when i ask them and told to check previous chat they are saying sorry sir we cannot help you and it was false information provided by our agent and ending chats or calls without a single help.
With all 3 agents doing mistake now im suffering from my end.
Please help me regarding this. im uploading the proofs:
1) Amazon's website's bug which was delivery by tomorrow 8pm but upon checkout it was tuesday automatically. (You can see in screenshot that ive placed an order before taking that screenshot which means delivery by tomorrow 8pm is there, you can even cross check it with amazon website, my pincode is 600036, time of order is 5:26pm if you think its edited )
2) Chat with both the first agent and the last agent, the one who cancelled chat backup ( i dont have chat backup of 2nd agent who cancelled my order also he didnt send me chat backup on email on behalf of request too )

Now help me regarding this. This is how amazon is making people fool, every single thing they are making people fool, even tho its a mistake from their end, its not possible to do anything related it.
