Amazon India — payment errors | |||||
Order number:[protected] I ordered floaters from amazon.in yesterday (8 nov), and opted for payment on delivery via card. The delivery person used the card machine which didn't work properly. So, i told him to collect money via cash. As i was about to pay the delivery person, i received an sms from my bank, which said that money had been deducted. The delivery guy refused to hand me my parcel as he had chosen cash in hand, and hadn't received the cash (But it showed received money via cash in his mobile app) nor payment via card.
