Amazon India — payment issue company not doing anything | |||||
My name is prashant chaudhary i made a payment of 520 rs through amazon pay on 1st of november for my mobile bill and its shown that its sucessfull but when i confirm with operator they said that we did not recieve any paymant from amazon and because of amazo they aregoing to barred my services. operator ref no HGA1P09CA7OOO2263588 i had called them several times and they are still stict to their words i have the call records for too and my operator contineously denying that they did not recieve any payment i am helpless please help me out Was this information helpful? | |||||
