Amazon India — Payment not received for blackberry q10 | |||||
I paid cash for the set on delivery on 22-4-16. order id[protected]. due to some fault i returned the set on 4-5-16. amazon informed me that refund would take 5-6 working days. i called them on[protected] on 11th and 12th and they initiated the refund on 13-5-16. they told me that 4 working days the funds will be in my bank. today 20-5-16 after i called them they have informed me that the refund cheque will be delivered to me by 26-5-16. the only resolution is by refunding my money.
