Amazon India — payment not received plus degraded product quality along with customer service

So this is regarding my two orders in Amazon India
One is ORDER #[protected] and the other is order no #[protected]
There was an issue with the ORDER #[protected] so I returned the order with amazon complete policies and got a receipt for the same which I am attaching below as a proof the order was returned on 26 September 2018 and till then I didn't get any refund status or any email notification from amazon about it I called amazon executives many time but they always told me that I have to wait for 2-4 business days as the refund is under process but still didn't get any call from them in next 5 days and every time I call amazon I got the same reply from them to wait but didn't receive any notification from them so this is first complaint for the refund of amount INR 999/- which I have also returned but never got any refund
The second complain is about the order no #[protected]. At the time of delivery of this order I got an email from amazon marketplace that the order has been cancelled and I have to place the order again but the same morning I got the order with a different order #[protected]. I paid it through COD and when I opened the seal the order was in degradable condition. I called amazon because there was no option for return or exchange. Amazon executive assured me that as the seller has delivered the product without their consent so they will be taking actions against the seller, they will block him and refund me back my money which will in amazon pay balance as I have paid through COD which will again take 2-4 business days and asked me to wait for their call
After it I didn't get any call from amazon, I called amazon on 3rd october 2018 to enquire about the same which was not fault they told me due to their fault the refund got stuck and i'll got the refund same day which will amount to Rs. 1998. I waited for it the whole day but didn''t get any.
I called amazon so many times just for my simple refund amount of two products but they are not taking it seriously and when I called on 4th oct i.e., today some agent Syed asked me to send the reciept again which I have already sent before and they don't have records of that. I asked Syed to connect me to his manager but he put me on hold for so long and then disconnected the call. I am so disappointed with amazon because I haven't recieved my refund yet which amounts to Rs. 1998/-. Like this is how amazon service works
I want amazon to refund me the full amount along with the total compensation fee for my time they have wasted
As their policies say you'll get refund in total 5 business days but I didn;t get any
Below I'll be attaching all the proofs and email service of amazon for which they have not responded well in against my query and I want you to take strict action because I am already very depressed about my money
