Amazon India — payment refund against defective product | |||
Dear sir/madam, I purchased redmi 4 mobile handset by amazon e-commerce website on 07th nov.2017 by paying with debit card inr.6998 and got delivered by 12th nov.2017 but the handset was defective.in that case i returned the handset to amazon on 15th nov.2017 and amazon issued refunded on 15th nov.2017 against reference #916813. Now a day i'm still waiting for my refund into my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
