Please help me out of that.
I ordered it on 17 october 2019.
Replaced the item, they told to wait for few more days and now they are telling to to submit a complaint using charge dispute form, i don't know whether it will work.
If it worked under my friends who had not got refund.
I have attached a screenshot of the reference number and order id.

We have perused the complaint received from Mr. Thejo Madhavi Sagabala ("Complainant") and find that he had ordered for Perfectblue Cotton Silk Saree (Pb0Greenpinkviswa_Green_Free Size) ("Product") from an independent third party seller i.e Cloudtail India Private Limited ("Seller") on the website: www.amazon.in ("Website").
It is submitted that a refund for a value of Rs. 299.00 as requested and required by the Complainant was initiated into his bank account on 23rd October, 2019 however incorrect bank details was provided by the Complainant and hence an email was sent to him on 21st January, 2020 requesting him to provide the correct details. Please advise the Complainant to reply to the email dated 21st January, 2020 so as to receive refund in his preferred mode of payment.
Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer of the products listed on our Website. The products listed on our Website are sold by independent third party sellers.
In view of the above, the issue stands closed.
