I ve purchased two big bazaar gift card value rs 500 each with a validity of 1 year each on 7th of march 2022 but big bazaar was permanently closed on 28 feb 2022..

I was unaware of it and purchased it on 7th of march 2022... First of all when it's permanently closed it shouldn't be available on amazon site... After 1 month when i contacted amazon they told me mam it will redeem on smart bazaar whenever it will open in your city (Guwahati assam) after 5 to 6 months smart bazaar was opened in my city i. E guwahati thn i visited there they deny that big bazaar is completely different platform n smart bazaar is completely a different platform big bazaar gift cards are not redeemable here... Then again i contacted amazon customer care they provide me a big bazaar mail n phone number... Phone no [protected] (It's showing service not available n doesn't exit)

Again i inform about mail not found n number doesn't exist... I contacted many times every time they told they ll contact me after 2 to 3 days.. But didnt contacted.. Last week again i contacted.. They promise me to resolve my issues n give the refund amount on my original payment method n it will credit on 24th feb2023.. But i didn't received any refund amount.. Today again i contacted same thing i ve to explain it they deny that i ve to contact with big bazaar brand only giving.

Again they told me to bring service deny letter from where i can get service deny letter. Mail not found.. Number doesn't exist.. Store outlet closed and even i visited on that place where smart bazaar opened... Without resolving my issue they cut my call in the middle.. Why amazon were selling closed brand gift card... My issue were pending from almost 1 year n now it's going to expired on 7th of march 2023 n now it's near about expiring date they denied... Didn't expect atleast this from amazon. I request consumer site to look into the matter asap... Please find the attachment below.
