Amazon India — Pick up rejected multiple times for no tag- SCAMMED BY AMAZON | |||
The product never had a price tag, so when i went to give it for return the courier person says they have an app verification system where they need to put the price tag picture, so without it, the request will be rejected. This happened 5 times, that my product was not picked up due to no price tag. I wrote to your social media team and also customer care, but everyone is just keeping on rescheduling the pick up, with no resolution. Either you refund my money without taking back the product or you deactive the app verification of tag and make the return successful so i can get refund. This is ridiculous.
