Amazon India — Pickup cancelled automatically without informing for fifth time

I bought one action camera ...go pro hero 4 black worth 36000rs when I switched that on it got hot like hot rod so I immediately register a replacement on amazon they scheduled a pickup ...before the scheduled time for pickup I always received a message that your pickup has been cancelled. Called Amazon like seven times every time they schedule a pick up it got automatically cancelled before the pickup time .it is cancelled for the fifth time now.
