I order bsb home blanket Pack of 3 Item 1 blanket and 2 pillow cover. But 16 Aug 2025 delivery item only blanket no pillow cover. 2 pillow cover missing. 16 Aug 2025 I informed to amazon agents says delivery update confirmed in amazon app then delivery update September 3 2025 delivery update in app I contact amazon mail and call no proper response.

I already informed amazon customer care 16 Aug 2025. (Call rec)

3 Sep 2025 delivery update confirmed

Agent say Sep 5 return pickup still pending Sept 8 no one come. (Call rec)
