I bought Amazon Basic 55 inch LED TV

Problem- Panel Issue
Panel Warranty- 2 Years
We tried to call Amazon helpdesk in mid May 2022 for fault in TV, we were informed to contact the seller
we called Cloudtail, they refused to entertain and asked us to contact Amazon helpdesk
Post lot of efforts we could log complaint with Amazon on 23 Jun[protected]-5095524)
Engineer visited on 25 Jun 2022 and checked the TV, he confirmed that panel needs replacement, since panel is still in warranty, it will be replaced free of cost however charged us Rs 1450 service charges and promised resolution in a weeks’ time
Since than we are chasing Amazon and Service station for resolution just to know the part is not available
Neither we get and escalation matrix nor and confirmed turnaround time for the resolution
We demand return and refund as life of 8-10 years expected of such an expensive appliance and given the aftersales service, we are experiencing we have lost all of our hopes Was this information helpful? |
