Amazon India — poor customer care and fraud | |||
I ordered phone on 30th they promised to deliver it by 2nd oct then they shift it to 3rd now they are shifting it to 6th and the location of the product while iam tracking is very near to me after some time they change it to the facility centre the customer care executives is not listening to my complaint and today morning they said me that your product is misplaced by us so it will take some time for that Amazon is treating their customers as fool they didint value for our money and its prepaid and today evening the customer care executive said that cancel the order if you have problem Was this information helpful? | |||
