Amazon India — Poor delivery and irritable behaviour of delivery boy | |||||
I ordered for a copy of artemis fowl and the eternity code on amazon on 14th march 2016.The scheduled delivery date was between 19-21 march 2016.The delivery guy named sourav ([protected]) called on my address and behaved very rudely with my father when he requested him to deliver the parcel to our flat on the 2nd floor on account of his inability to climb down.The delivery guy retorted back and went away without making the delivery.And though he was asked to come back later and the order was never cancelled, he refused to come at another convenient time.This kind of behaviour on part of the delivery agent of a reputed company like amazon is completely unacceptable. And it will greatly benefit the customers if this kind of hassle is removed in the future as this not only disgusts the customers but also degrades the goodwill of the cdelivery service.I will be obliged if this unpleasant event is quickly resolved and i get my delivery of the book.
