Amazon India — Poor delivery quality | |||||
I am facing the issue for 6th time in delivering a product by Amazon. The followed issue is the current one. I have ordered a Puma shoe in Amazon which suppose to be delivered yesterday [21st March 2016] but I have not received any calls. Today I received a call from the executive when I was speaking on other line by 3:05 PM. From 3:10 PM onwards I was trying to call back to the number and I called 16 times in the next two hours. It was busy many times and the executive was avoiding the call for some times. Now I got the update that delivery cancelled as the addressee was unavailable. We know well that mistakes happen some times, But not 6 times from the same service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
