On or about 24 dec 2018 placed order for power pressure xl 8 quart (Ppx8twb2). Product has not been delivered. Delivery time standard is 7 - 10 business days. Contacted customer service on 1/21/2019. After giving them product info, name, address plus first and last four of credit card, rep named renee advised, "unable to located order". They claim being unable to locate my name and address that was given for shipment of the product order, but amazingly they were able to retain and use my credit card information to charge full payment when my order was for three payments which was offered. I request refund of the $119.00 charge on my credit card.
