I have prebooked the device and yet people just casually buying the same product after 4 days post pre booking are getting a quicker delivery date.
I spoke to customer service yesterday 8th and was given confirmation that I will receive it by 9Pm on 8th. .that did not happen and I've suffered heavy loss
And today morning 9th when spoke to customer service they were sarcastic the supervisor even told me to cancel the order but refund will be initiated after the status of the delivery is not ready to be dispatched (which it has been for 2 days )
Extremely rude and sarcastic behaviour. I'm a member of OnePlus Red cable Pro community and they will hear about it formally . So will consumer protection
