I am Prime member of Amazon and use it almost daily to place orders.
Since last few months, I am pained and frustrated with Price tag missing issues.
Can you comment why Price tags are missing for almost every Garment ordered?
In case of Return of such products, it’s a huge pain as Delivery boys do not accept products with missing Price tags.. (even when price tag is missing is mentioned in comments while putting return request)
Then why are customers delivered products with missing Price tags?? Do you expect customers to ring customer service for every order with returns like this?
I have raised this complain several times with customer service over chat and phone. I am sure you must be having authority to check back my complains in last 7-8 months and trace it.

We use Amazon for ease in shopping but if Amazon customers start getting harassed over and over again for no mistake on our part, we definitely need to look for alternatives.. Was this information helpful? |
