Amazon India — prime membership refund amount not reflecting in account | |||
I had taken an amazon prime membership on 8/04/20 & canceled it on the same day & when contacted the call centre of amazon they confirmed that the amount of rs.999/- had been released by them on 15/04/20 of which they have given me the following reference no.[protected] & told to check with the bank. When confirmed with a canara bank shirdi branch the amount had not yet been deposited in my account & they were unable to give me the status by the reference no. I have even checked my balance through app but nothing has been credited yet.
