Mr.Jeff, I am being a Amazon Customer, I Used to Order few Products
I was Happy with your Service till my Last Order
I am Totally Pissed off & lost hope on Amazon Online Booking - Because of your Delivery Agent
I got a Call @ 11:02am as per Indian Time, My Son was using my Mobile so he disconnected twice, Suddenly i noticed & i spoked to the Delivery guy, Delivery agent was in my Delivery Address & i was not available as - It is confirmed that Delivery date was on 12th Dec 2022 - But it was out for Delivey on 11th Dec 2022
Thats not my probelm - I have planned based on the Delivery date
As it is SUNDAY 11th Dec 2022 - Its My Weekly Off
I was spending time with my Family
My issue is - How come
The Delivery Agent can Cancel my order - without my Knowledge
Note :
When i spoked to Delivery agent, He said he is in My Delivery Address & i said him to Deliver to my Colleague & Delivery Agent Confirmed me it will be Delivered, But after few Min later
i received Mail from Amazon
My Product is Cancelled & Being Returned to Seller
I immedalty Called the Delivery agent - he confirmed me that by mistakenly it is Marked as Cancelled & He assured that My Product will be Delivery on 12th Dec 2022
When i tried Calling you people it is being told as in your registered mobile number no Product been Ordered
i have attached the Screenshot of Communication i had with the Delivery Agent
& Importantly
i have Paid the Money through ONLINE
Because of your People Negligence & Issue
Why My Product been Cancelled
I need My Product to be Delivered with
12th Dec 2022 by 4pm
