Amazon India — product cancelled without customer consent | |||||
I have ordered a mobile phone with exchange offer, amazon on the day of delivery cancelled my order citing the technical issues and asked me to order again. When i tried to order again the same product was costing me 5000 extra amount. I have contacted the customer care several times but they do not have any solutions for it.
