Amazon India — Product delivery issue and reluctance to deliver | |||||
I had ordered a product bearing order id no.[protected] which is supposed to be delivered latest by 23rd august 2016. Amazon provided me with the phone no. Of the deliverer (You can find it by checking your records with ref. To my order no.) who came to deliver at the address after 9:30 pm to my official address, thus i failed to receive. On calling up today to the person concerned to deliver the same, he said he no more has my parcel and shall be delivered by some other person. I was not given the contact no. Or id of the other person. Such reluctant attitude towards customer is not appreciated. It is not only amazon who is doing business online. Your service is not at all customer friendly. Hoping you shall address my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
