I would like to report a significant issue I've been experiencing with my recent order on Amazon, Order #[protected].
On September 16th, this order was marked as "delivered, " but I have not received the items. I've contacted Amazon customer support multiple times, and each time, I've been asked to wait for an additional 4 days. However, as of today, October 6th, the issue remains unresolved.
I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years and have never encountered such a frustrating experience. The customer support team has repeatedly asked me to wait without providing any concrete solutions or updates.
