I'm really feel regret to write a complaint on Amazon India regarding deceiving a consumer (me).
Recently I had ordered multiple items in Amazon India app.
In app it shows my pincode is eligible for door step delivery. so as it is eligible I placed multiple products and it's a prepaid pay.
It showed my product's may deliver within 3 to 4 days, but as the delivery day comes, The delivery agent called me and said me that your are not eligible for door step delivery because he didn't came to my village before in since 3 years.
So as a reasn of him not willing to come to my doorstep delivery he asked me to come some other place to receive the product.
Then immediately I called to Customer care regarding his behaviour and the CS assured me not to go anywhere as the prior complaint raised against him.He will for sure come to your door.
Delivery agent again called me and I said to him everything conversation with CS but still he refused to deliver.
He said that "If you need your product come to me otherwise I'm gonne return to seller.
This is the not first time happened to me, whatever I ordered it get cancelled due to that delivery agaent but in the app it showing my address is eligible for delivery.
I had raised many complaints to CS but no use as they say same drama dialogue, for sure it will deliver, we are raised a complaint against the delivery agent we are closely following up your issue
As they aren't able to deliver my product and I spent much time of mine about this which is most valuable to me.
And felt anger, depression, deceiving a consumer and even lost a faith, even my health is not supported due to this tension.
