Amazon India — product doesn't deliver till date

Dear sir/mam,

Approxx 30 days before i was order one product of rs 600 which was not deliver till date.
An amount of rs 600 was also not credit in my amazon account or our bank account
And we are also filed its compaint to consumer court registered complaint no. 547692

Therefore it is request to you resolve my problem as soon as possible
