Seagate 1TB Laptop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 8MB Cache 2.5-Inch Internal Drive Retail Kit (STBD1000100)

-- Not working Read write error
-- Raised complaint with Seagate since it was in warranty.
-- When visited Seagate service center, they found out extra Sticker on the hard disk they have forged the sticker and they found out the hard disk not in warranty.

Had bought the Disk from amazon, from day 1 there was issue, Assumed it may be a driver issue. Later it was crashing when ever rebooted.

Raised a complaint to seagate as it was in warranty. When visited the seagate service center, they found out there was 2 stickers, they said it has been forged . both stickers when they verified it was not showing the warranty.

Please look into this.
