Amazon India — product fraud by amazon.in | |||
I purchased a card phone from amazon.in but the seller sent me used card phone and now they refused to take return or replacement. The imei no. Of card phone is totally different from invoice. I already inform the amazon customer care but still they did not give me solution for the product. Apart from this i got a mail from the amazon team but this mail is also irrelevant for this product... Amazon Message from customer service Hello, Greetings from amazon. This mail is regarding our last telephonic conversation about the pick up of the product ´´captcha stereo sound qc-10 jogger bluetooth earphones phone´´ with order no:[protected]. I have checked the order and confirmed that the imei no of the product does not match as it is showing on invoice of the product. The imei no stated in invoice is: [protected], but the customer has the product with imei no: [protected] As the product has been sent to the customer by amazon, so the same product is available for return. Kindly show this mail to the pick up agent and ask the pick up agent to pick the product. Thank you for taking the time to contact amazon.in.
