Amazon India — Product got cancelled at doorstep

I ordered a Redmi note 10s during the amazon sale but at the time of delivery at my doorstep, delivery guy informed my that the product cant be delivered and he cancelled my order and returned it to seller. He didn't even go for 2nd try of delivering the product. when i spoke to your customer service they misguided me that the product is not meant to be delivered at the given location so he cancelled the order.

I need resolution of this order because whenever i order any new phone i get same result. Last year i have ordered a phone it was also cancelled on my doorstep.
