Amazon India — Product has been returned but haven't received refund

I have returned buttler soda maker which i have ordered through amazon and as of some issues i had to return my product and its been 4 months, even i have been contacting them and awqaiting for, my refunds they just throwing off my issue saying u will get refunf within 72 bussiness hours
but atlast i should call them back again should be listening to the same thing
