Amazon India — product held by carrier without proper reason - not yet delivered

I have placed in order on 2nd november 2018 and the expected delivery date is 5th november but unfortunately it was not delivered on 5th november after this i tried calling amazon customer care every day they say it will be delivered by tomorrow same thing happened for five days. Its it's 10 november today de 10 now i didn't get the product for any update from the delivery team the package is is held by delivery.

Could you please let me know so when my package will be delivered let me know so expected date
