Amazon India — Product is not working | |
I have been the customer of Amazon since 3 years. I have ordered many products so far, nothing wrong with them. i am happy with them all. But I orderd and received a product named " Skmei Analog-Digital Multi-Colour Dial Unisex Watch - 1066BBBL" on 2nd july 2017, i order the gift wrapped product. but it is not gift wrapped. And main thing is the product is analog and digital watch. it is not functioning. please donot lose the customer hope on amazon. please i request you to replace a product or refund my money.
