Amazon India — product is not working in warranty period

Hi,

I have purchased a wall clock on 14.05.2018. But from last 1 months it is not working. I have changed power cell as well but still it is not working. As this product is under warranty. So i tried to claim warranty. I wrote multiple email to customer care and also had call also. Each times i got response that wait for 5-6 days.
I want my product replaced as soon as possible
