Amazon India — product marked delivered, but no physical delivery | |||
Ordered dry fruits from amazon pantry on 27th sep, order#[protected]. The delivery agent called on 30th around 9:00 pm. As the address was commerical (Delivery is supposed to be before 6:00 pm only), and i have already left office, asked him to come back tomorrow. Same night, after an hour, he tagged the item as delivered. Contacted amazon immediately, but they said it will be delivered in next 2 days. Till date no delivery. Raised a complaint with their team and the answer i got is that it was delivered. How can you deliver the item at 10:00 pm on commercial address, when the office is closed?
