I ordered 2 products from Amazon on 2 April 2023 and it was to be delivered on 4 April 2023.
But
When it was delivered to me, a product was missing from the package.
As I always use to shoot videos of my package that are delivered to me same I was doing this for this package also and there was a product missing
As soon as possible I contacted the delivery boy he just said to contact customer services.
on the same day of the delivery in the evening, I registered a complaint and they have said me to wait for a few days.
And today on 13th April when I just connected with customer care they said that our investigation team confirmed that the customer received the product in the best condition and no product was missing from Amazon's side. So now what should I do?
If this is the case my product was correctly packed and out for delivery so how so the product missing on my end? Was this information helpful? |
