Amazon India — Product missing (only 1 quantity received against 5)

Have ordered Pampers XXL 28 pieces diapers of 5 quantities and along with that some other items too on dated 04.10.2021. But I could only receive 1 quantity out of 5 quantities I have ordered. The package was well packed and no tampering but still the item of 4 quantities was missing right out of the delivery box. I even complained this matter to Amazon, they started investigating on that issue and later they arrived to a decision that everything is well packed and no item is missing. Please deal with this issue... Amazon has to repay me a sum of Rs. 1869.00 approx.
