Amazon India — product no:[protected] | |
I bought this product on the 16th november with tracking no: cg[protected]in with india post. On the 26th november the tracking says it was delivered to kuknoorpally so this is not jaisalmer which is the delivery town. Since i found this out on the 28th november i have been arguing with amazon.in cs and then today with animesh (Cs manger) that i want a refund and then yesterday the seller is sending out i believe a new on (On the same tracking details so animesh says) which will be with me between the 4th to the 8th december. They do not believe that the item was already delivered to another address and animesh who is supposed to be helping turns out to be the least helpful of the lot. As of today as i paid with my uk credit card i am putting in a dispute against amazon and the seller.
