Amazon India — Product not delivered after payment done & cancelled without reason... Pathetic service by amazon.

I ordered mobile phone on 16 October & done payment also .After 13 days they cancelled my order & requested refund without intimating me. Such a pathetic service by amazon. I will not buy any product from amazon now onward . I think they are using our money for month (after order 15 days & 15 days for refund).
