I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding my recent order with Amazon India (Order ID:[protected]. The item was marked as “Delivered” on January 5 2025 but I have not received it.

• Issue: The item has not been delivered to me, despite being marked as delivered in your system. I have checked thoroughly with my neighbors, security, and surrounding areas, but the package is nowhere to be found. No video recording on CC camera’s as any delivery agent come for delivery.

I raised this issue with your customer service team, and an investigation was conducted. Unfortunately, I was informed that the item was delivered correctly, which I strongly dispute as I did not receive the package.
