We placed the order of 24th JUL and waited for a week to get delivery.

Amazon delivery person came for delivery on 30th Jul, but he couldn't wait to verify exchange mobile phone. He promised to come back after some time but never returned. We called him up, but he said too many deliveries and won’t be able to come back. He promised to come next day but he didn't appear. He assured us to have shipment delivered through other delivery person however he also didn't come. We called up Amazon customer care on 2nd AUG and Amazon promised to deliver on same day before 9PM. However, Amazon defaulted on deliver promise and we got message saying refund issued. Amazon didn't even call us to check delivery status and without our consent order was cancelled. This is the first time we have seen such a pathetic service from company like Amazon. We called up customer again on 3rd AUG to seek product delivery but no luck! Customer service agents and escalation manager kept on apologizing, but they didn't have right reason to explain why order was cancelled and product wasn't delivered to customer. We could see Amazon misguided us with respect to delivery status and didn't take our consent before cancelling the order. We would have been happy if Amazon could have shipped the product again at same cost. Amazon needs to improve customer satisfaction and should work on understanding customer pain points. We are comping to this forum hoping there is an improvement from Amazon and other customer doesn’t suffer like us. Was this information helpful? |
