Amazon India — product not delivered and complaint not been addressed | |||
I have placed an order on amazon.in on 14-nov-17. I am a prime member and my order was placed for next day delivery. On 17th nov, i have received a message stating that "courier was unable to contact you to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon.in for next steps" and no one contacted me. (Fyi, i used to place orders in amazon regularly and i have even received a product on 16th nov). I called to amazon.in customer care and raised a complaint about it and they responded me that they will take necessary action. On the same day evening, the courier person called me and said he will deliver it by end of that day and asked someone to wait in the home. But no one delivered the product and also the courier person also not picking up the call. Later the same thing happened for another 2 days. I was continuously raising complains about amazon and no action was taken so far. Kindly someone suggest me how to proceed with this issue.
