While try to say same to customer care few minutes they clearly say it will not delivered in a rude tone along he didn't to transfer the call to their seniors and not share the escalation matrix and employee id when asked. He just share his name as Wasim K. Please help us to get the order delivered today or max by tomorrow. As it was much need by my aunt to prepare exam questions for there job role along with there daily duties which can't kept on hold for much longer.
