[Resolved]  Amazon India — Product not delivered and false comment has been put

Hi,

We have ordered laptop from amazon with order id:[protected].
The day delivery was it was cancelled stating "Item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller." However no call was made anyone from the Amazon. Also while try to reach on their customer care it was said probably it will be delivered today(5-august) next day of the deliver. When try to take follow up it was said it will be delivered there is higher chances to it. After few hours of conversation with customer care. Got a call from Amazon stating to confirm the delivery address as they are coming to deliver. After this call an hour later another call came up to confirm the same. But still no one show up. Had a call with customer care again today at 6:45pm where they clearly mentioned there is no delivery Scheduled.

By this whole they just wanted to ask to have a compensation under which they will remberse the difference amount when we book new order/laptop. But what they didn't care about the time and effort it take to sit patiently to have our orders and how much dependency we have until we get our order. By multiple saying to customer care the order were return to supplier.

Please use the buttons below to vote about your experience today Warmest regards, Vaibhav Amazon.in Also missed from first message we try to connect with delivery guy number at evening which shows busy but now when we connect today it shows no order mapped. While try to say same to customer care few minutes they clearly say it will not delivered in a rude tone along he didn't to transfer the call to their seniors and not share the escalation matrix and employee id when asked. He just share his name as Wasim K. Please help us to get the order delivered today or max by tomorrow. As it was much need by my aunt to prepare exam questions for there job role along with there daily duties which can't kept on hold for much longer.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
