Amazon India — product not delivered and get delivery message | |||||
Today I have been cheated by amazon.in website. I have bought a shirt from amazon.in which is not delivered to me but I got a message that I have received my package. When I complained to amazon customer care on[protected], I have been told I am telling lie. I have already received the package. I have mentioned th time line of delivery from 7:00 PM to 9:00PM and delivery has been done at 6:00 PM. While I came from office at 8:00 PM. Neither I have been contacted nor someone else is living with me who can receive the package. As the payment was already done online. So, this is the case of fraud and cheating.
